Why did you choose to join Christ Community?

I chose to join Christ Community because I seek to glorify God in all that I do, so I wanted the place I spend much of my time at this stage in my life–serving patients as a physician–to be a place where I am encouraged to do just that. The Lord made it clear regarding where He wanted me to be, with the mission of Christ Community aligning with my desire to serve the underserved as well. And the opportunity to serve the Lord alongside like-minded individuals is amazing!

You can have your favorite meal tomorrow. What are you picking?

Call it ordinary, but it’s going to be Chick-fil-A -specifically a Spicy Chicken Deluxe with Pepper Jack cheese and mayo, no tomato or pickles, and a side of waffle fries.

What is your favorite thing about your profession?

I love caring for patients as a whole person at various stages in life and the relationships that are built along the way.

“Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance. It is the Lord Christ whom you serve.” – Colossians 3:23-24
